Wapiti Disclosures

Here at Wapiti we want you to have fun and be safe at the same time please read the following disclosures.

We Reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to our guests, loss of money, jewelry or valuables or damage to any vehicles.

Absolutley no chasing any animals!

Keep your children with you, we are not babysitters, water is iniviting to children they can slip in at any time.

Motor vehicles may be driven ONLY by a valid licensed driver, no riding on the outside of vehicles, unless it's a pick-up truck. No unauthorized motor vehicles such as mopeds, 4-wheelers, etc.

Check in time is Noon, Check out time is 4:00pm stay longer pay another day, if the site is reserved for another camper you must leave by 4:00pm

Check out time for visitors and picnickers is 11:00pm

All visitors and campers must register at the office.

All DOGS MUST BE LEASHED and dogs that consistantly bark will be asked to be removed.

Three night minimum with a credit card reservation for all Holiday stays, if you do not give 48 hour notice canellation your credit card will be charged.

same day reservations will be held until 11:00pm unless other arrangements have been made with the office.


Any daily, weekly or extended stay campers not obeying rules and posted speed limits -will be evicted immediately and no refund will be given.

No one under 21 will be allowed to camp without a parent or guardian, any under age drinking will  result in immidate evicition without a refund.

Absolutley NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 11:00 pm

Wapiti Park does not offer any flotation device including life jackets.

You swim, float ect. at your own risk, Wapiti Park is not responsible for any mishaps that may happen on the river at anytime.

Children must be back at their campsite by 8:00 p.m. unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Children must be out of the rec building by 8:00p.m.  unless accompanied by a parent or guardian, they must also be out of the rec by 10:00 p.m.  even if there is a parent or guardian with them.

At no time is anyone permitted to be in the fenced in area with any of the animals, this could be very dangerous! please watch children when they around the animals, the horse are very friendly but also very large.

We repect the wild life here at Wapiti and expect all of our visitors to have the same respect, there is zero tolerance for hurting any of the animals here at Wapiti including the wild life.

When Fishing you must have a valid fishing license, also we uderstand you can't control what you catch, but if are not going to eat it please do catch and release. All turtles are to be returned to the river.

Bon fires should be monitered by an adult at all times  and may only be used in the desginated fire pit on your lot, and please try to keep them around 3 feet by 3 feet. We do not allow wood with nails, paint or other items on it.

Please keep your site tidy, there are several dumpsters around the park for your trash.

When floating in the river please if you bring food or beverage don't dump the garbage in the river or on the banks edge have a plastic bag or something else to put it in.
